When you receive your package, please inspect your product for manufacturer defects or shipping damage before installation. If you notice any damages or blemishes, please get in touch with us ASAP. If the product is damaged during installation or the vehicle is damaged due to incorrect installation, we are not responsible and will not issue a refund or credit.
Check your accessories before fitment. Once accessories are installed we do not accept returns. Also, if painting your product please trial fit it before painting. We do not accept returns of painted parts.

Please include your order number, Name, Number, a specific description of damage/problem, photographs, and a clear explanation of your reason. If the return is authorised, you will receive an email with return instructions.
Claims must be notified as soon as knowing the issue is known on 0497975999 or email us on info@ultimate4x4.com.au

Return is not offered for change of mind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
