Shipping policy

 

We do not post to a PO Box; we require a full physical address to ensure accurate delivery of your purchased accessories. Let us know if your item cannot be left at your premises or if there are any special requests you require.

After order is placed, shipping will be processed within two business days and a Tracking number will be emailed to you and will be attached to your order. If there are any known delays or issues, we will contact you via email or phone call.

Our goal is customer satisfaction! If you have any questions or queries regarding your order or prior to purchase, please email us any time or call us during business hours. 


Warranty claims for damage or loss for products during transit

Ultimate 4x4 Accessories is not liable for any loss or damage while goods are in transit. Once the package leaves our warehouse, the freight company is responsible, if shipping insurance has been purchased by the customer.

Please ensure you have taken out shipping insurance with your shipping. Claims for damage or loss during transit will only be accepted if the customer has purchased shipping insurance for delivery.

Claims must be made immediately and within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise warranty is voided by freight company and they will not accept liability after the 48 hours. 

When you receive your package, please inspect your product for shipping damage before installation. If you notice any damages, please contact us immediately on 0497975999 or email us at info@ultimate4x4.com.au or as soon as you are made aware of any damages or losses by sending us photos of the damage, quoting your order number and our team will guide you through the claim process.

The receiver has 48 hours to report the damage from the estimated delivery time. 

Claims must be made prior to installation, once item is removed from packaging and installed, warranty claims will be voided.
